Would you like just one day off to yourself?
Time to clear your head, spend time in nature, do some balanced yoga, eat some healthy delicious food and then relax a bit more?
Sounds like just what the doctor ordered after the year that has been!
If you can carve out this time for yourself it will be a great way to restore some calm, space and peace.
You will no doubt meet lovely like-minded people but you can be as sociable or as quiet as you wish, just be you this your day, you deserve it.
There is a loose schedule for the day but you are welcome to do as much or as little as you wish, it is your day just for you!
All levels are catered to, no previous experience required.
