Yin Yoga Mornings

Date: First Sunday of each month.

Usually the 1st Sunday of every month we welcome you to our retreat for a half day of gentle Yin Yoga for all levels, all ages.



There is a loose schedule for the morning but you are welcome to do as much or as little as you wish, it is your time just for you!

All levels are catered to, no previous experience required.

10.30 Welcome Meditation.
10.45 Gentle Yin Yoga for all levels.
12.00 Woodland walk.
12.30 Homemade Yummie Vegan Lunch followed by Homemade Cake & Coffee.
13.00 Float home.
