Crisp October Yoga Day

Would you like to join us for a special day to yourself at this beautiful time of year?
Time to clear your head, spend time in nature, do some balanced yoga, eat some healthy delicious food and then relax a bit more?
If you can carve out this time for yourself it will be a great way to restore some calm, space and peace.
You will no doubt meet lovely like-minded people but you can be as sociable or as quiet as you wish, just be you this your day, you deserve it
Itinerary
There is a loose schedule for the day but you are welcome to do as much or as little as you wish, it is your day just for you!
All levels are catered to, no previous experience required.
10.00 Welcome cuppa Chai on the beanbags by the open fire.
10.30-12.30 Intention setting & grounding meditation followed by Flow Yoga and deep relaxing Yoga Nidhra with Eilish.
This suitable for all levels including beginners, take it entirely at your own pace.
12.30-13.30 Hearty homemade vegan lunch followed by tea/coffee & cake by the open fire.
13.30-14.00 Time to digest-walk in the woods, nap or just reflect & relax.
14.00-15.30 Restorative Yoga with Simon.
We float you back out into the world, relaxed, restored, recharged, refuelled.
