Sounds like just what the doctor ordered after the year that has been!
If you can carve out this time for yourself it will be a great way to restore some calm, space and peace.
You will no doubt meet lovely like-minded people but you can be as sociable or as quiet as you wish, just be you this your day, you deserve it.
There is a loose schedule for the day but you are welcome to do as much or as little as you wish, it is your day just for you!
All levels are catered to, no previous experience required.

11.00 Yoga Flow with Eilish.
Strong and energetic yoga class accessible from beginners upwards. You can take it at your own rate and pace, its totally non-competitive, this is Your Day after all! If the weather is good to us we can practice outside in The Yoga Grove, if not we have limited our spaces to allow for social distancing inside in our three beautiful yoga rooms.
12.30 Delicious Vegan Lunch
We have put a lot of love into our vegetable patch this year and include as much of our own produce as is possible for you to enjoy the fruits of our labour!
Lunch is a Hearty Seasonal Curry served with Sourdough Bread followed by Homemade Cake and Coffee.
13.30 Forest Bathing with Simon.
Rain or shine in our own private woodland with ancient native trees.
SImon has undertaken Forest Bathing training during lockdown, there is a lot more to it than you may think and it’s a wonderful way to reconnect with nature and refresh your spirit.
14.30 Deeply Relaxing Yin Yoga with SImon.
Time to fully relax and let go now, this practice is all about releasing tension, creating comfort and space in the body. Long held supportive poses practiced on the floor using pillows and blankets, utter bliss!
